How to Get Started With Us

Start by scheduling an initial consultation with our physician through our online portal, by calling 406-414-0020 or by emailing us at info@matriarchclinic.com.

Receive emailed appointment confirmation, which includes a link to your upcoming appointment as well as a link to the Optimantra patient portal, where you can complete necessary documentation.
3.
Conduct your initial consultation from the convenience of your home, where you will work alongside our physician to formulate a treatment plan just for you!
Do You Have Insurance?
The Matriarch Clinic, PLLC is in-network for most insurance plans in Montana and Wyoming, outside of Medicare and Medicaid. Cash pricing is available for Medicare and Medicaid patients as well as those who are currently not members of any insurance networks.
